Pacific Railway Enterprises, Inc. (PRE), a woman-owned Corporation specializing in Railroad System Design and Consulting, has been in operations since 1994. PRE's staff have amassed an impressive accumulation of railroad communications and signal expertise in the areas of railroad freight, light rail, commuter and transit signal design, inspection, construction management and maintenance services. We use this expertise to provide an array of services to our clients.

We've designed these systems for various applications, including new lines, extensions, capital improvement projects and state of good repair, within project sizes from $10k to $2B. Our reliable track record for successful outcomes with our clients leads to repeat work.

We know where we are going.

And we will take you with us. We offer 100% design for rail system and commissioning services. In addition to offering our services on traditional design bid build projects, we also have experience with alternative delivery methods, such as CMGC. We work on contractor design build teams and create plans for on-call construction, where a comprehensive bill of materials must be generated and inexperience will cost budget and time.

Several of our personnel have spent time working for installation contractors. On any project, we take an active role throughout construction to augment our design experience with real project outcomes. We remain focused on achieving the final goal, and we don't retreat from setbacks.
